A live 2‑hour online PLAYshop for driven adults in midlife who are ready to feel light and alive again.
June 6, 2026 12:00 - 2:00 pm ET
If you’ve spent years taking care of everyone and everything, it’s easy to forget that your worth is not measured by how much you get done. This PLAYshop gives you a gentle space to step out of “constant doing” and back into curiosity, laughter, and possibility.
We’ll treat play not as the opposite of work, but as the antidote to burnout. As Brian Sutton‑Smith said, “The opposite of play isn’t work, it’s depression.” You’ll explore how playfulness can live right inside your workday and responsibilities, not just outside of them.
During our time together you will:
- Experiment with simple, low‑pressure forms of play you can use in everyday life and at work
- Practice loosening perfectionism and self‑judgment in a safe, supportive group
- Reconnect with parts of yourself that have been buried under responsibilities
- Leave with a handful of easy “play prompts” you can use anytime you feel stuck, stressed, or stale
You don’t need to be “creative” or outgoing to join. You just need a willingness to show up for yourself and explore what joy can look like at this stage of your life.
