Episode 126: Are You Lost or Are You Finding Your Way? with Beth Keil

purpose spirituality Jan 11, 2023

I came here to be sandblasted.

Remember before the days of GPS when you’d get directions to a place and you’d get lost?  The process of finding your way to that place means you probably won’t get lost going there again.  Sometimes, we need the experience of feeling lost and then finding our way to truly learn something about ourselves.  My guest Beth Kiel says she moved to Tucson at 56 to be sandblasted. (Although, she didn’t know that at the time.)  What she means is she’d lost all her comfortable reference points.

Beth started her career as a registered nurse working with women in labor and delivery, but she found her true calling when, In her 40s she started working with expectant mothers to train them in the practice of hypnobirthing… She was awed by the power of hypnosis and loved it so much she became a board certified Hypnotist and opened her own practice.  A serious car accident in 2013 that could have ended her life became a pivotal event leading her to end her marriage and move to Tucson.

She is a woman who embraces the growth that comes with change and has a passion for helping people create breakthroughs with their weight/body image, smoking, stress, fears/phobias, self-confidence, procrastination, worry/concern and more, to bring about real results and lasting change, so that people can live in greater joy and personal fulfillment.

Beth J. Keil, RN, is a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist who provides hypnotherapy for many life and personal issues people experience and offers a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call so people can find out if hypnosis is the solution they’ve been seeking.  You can visit her Hypnosis Services of Delaware website, find her on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. You can also find over 30 of Beth’s articles about intimacy in relationships on Kuel Life.
