Meet the Salty Sisters
Yvonne Marchese
Started a podcast at 50 and hasn't stopped talking since. Yvonne Marchese hosts the Late Bloomer Living podcast, founded the Age Agitators Club, and wrote In Full Bloom: A Guide to Aging Playfully. She brings curiosity, a willingness to be a beginner, and no interest in fading quietly into the background.
- Age Agitator
- Play Instigator
- Believer in Do-Overs
Cat Corchado
Twenty years in the Air Force, 39 years in fitness, and still not done. Cat Corchado is a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, founder of The Fit for Life Alliance, and host of the Sisters in Service podcast. She brings straight talk about aging bodies, a big laugh, and the belief that everyone has the right to feel good in their body.
- Air Force Veteran
- No Perfection Policy
- Freaking Fabulous
Together, Yvonne and Cat bring the kind of chemistry that feels like sitting at the table with two friends with opinions who are not afraid to say the thing out loud.

Salty Sisters is its own live show. For a limited run, the audio also appears on the Late Bloomer Living podcast as the Salty Sisters Season, so you can watch live or catch it later in your ears. Show notes for every episode on the Late Bloomer Living blog.
What to expect
Conversations about the real stuff.
The body changes nobody asked for.
The confidence that comes from caring less.
The grief of old identities.
The thrill of new ones.
Friendship, marriage, dating, work, family, purpose, health, aging parents, empty nests, big feelings, and tiny daily victories.
Some episodes are funny. Some get tender. Most are both.
That’s the point.
