As we head into Thanksgiving and the holiday season I am sending you wishes for a feeling of joy and peace.

I’m thrilled to share a replay of a special Thanksgiving episode from 2021.  It’s a short reflection on one of my favorite topics: gratitude.

It's been three years since this episode first aired.  A lot has changed. If you're like me, you might be uneasy with what's going on in the world at large, but I believe we can always find something to be grateful for. 

This episode is a gentle nudge to slow down, take notice of what's good in your life, and really let it sink in. Whether you’re cooking for a large gathering, traveling, or simply taking a break and spending it alone, I hope it gives you a moment to breathe and reconnect with what matters most.
